 Booking FAQs

  • Unfortunately, a pattern occurred with first time clients booking appointments and never showing up, responding, or paying. So much so that we now require the first appointment to be pre-paid.

    Don’t worry, though! Your appointment can always be rescheduled or refunded if you change your mind.

  • Up to 24 hours in advance, you can modify your appointment through your confirmation email by using the reschedule/cancel button. Within 24 hours, please reach out to us and we will respond ASAP!
