 Booking FAQs

  • Unfortunately, MMT Shrewsbury ran into an issue with first time clients booking appointments and never showing up, responding, or paying. So much so that we now require the first appointment to be pre-paid.

    Don’t worry, though! Your appointment can always be rescheduled or refunded if you change your mind.

  • Up to 24 hours in advance, you can modify your appointment through your confirmation email by using the reschedule/cancel button. Within 24 hours, please text 508-719-7788 and we will respond ASAP!
